many trees down between the 'Burg and the Dam + Lake springs Loop. Directions from the 'burg. One about 100ft from the lot, #2 just after the pond (in the campground section) #3 just before the "Keg Creek" sign. #4 just before the 3 mile mark (150 ft before the dirt road, 20+ in diameter) #4 at the top of the switch backs partially blocking the trail (20+ in diameter) #5 between marker 1 and 1.5 (big branch that with two or so could be pushed off)
On Lake Springs, #6 between marker 2 and 2,5(3 trees close together) #7 close to mile 3 (from the boat ramp take a left after bridge (20+ in diameter) #8 near marker .5 this is in near the road (20+ in diameter)
The trail is the wettest I have ever seen it. Lots of standing water and some in places I have never seen it in.

The gate was open today. There was a map and besides the road by the kiosk it looked like there was another one just north of it (maybe 1/4 of a mile) that branched out a bit. Just thinking of exploring since the trails are so damp.

I always pass the Mason Tract (28 near Woodlawn) and finally stopped and looked at the kiosk toady. Looks like there are some gravel/forest roads. Has anyone explored these?

non-rider about half way between Lake springs and the Sail Club road. Easy walk over and I do not believe a ride around will form.

All that work towing the kids around on your SS is paying off, you were riding strong yesterday! Maybe I should rent ZK and the third wheel out as a training partner.

For someone that tends rides with my kids or solo, it was a lot of fun riding with a group.

Two non-riders between 1 and 1.5. First one about 20" in diameter the second one goes over the trail twice. One part is the tp of the tree, the second the base which is a few feet off the ground and 2 feet in diameter. If riding, when yu get to it, head right, down the gully and up. Rest of the trail is good just need wheels.

Here are links for the National Interscholastic Cycling League and the Georgia High School Cycling League. Both have information on getting involved as a coach/ride leader and how teams can form. www.nationalmtb.org/georgiamtb.org/

Small group last night (11/7) but a lot of fun. PK went on her first night ride and loved it.

Going from the north lot ccw (BR), bottom of the first hill (before you start climbing) there is tape blocking off a fire break that was created. Also just before the cedar bridge the bulldozer ran about 50-75 ft along the trail making a fire break. That section was the only part of BR that had damage and believe with time/wheels this section will be fine. It does have some loose sand and a few small roots/bumps in that small stretch. looked like some fresh tire marks on it. I was trail running. There were some hot spots still present with a few stumps still with flames. (10/30)
