MD,
Sweet, Sweet ride.
How much does your Epic weigh and how does it compare in weight to the 29er hardtail you rode?

This is my soon to be beater/backup bike...RL Flight 29er SS. Noteworthy mods include hand stenciled top tube graphics, the removal of all gear cable guides, and a $5 flat black spray paint job.

MD, Sweet, Sweet ride. How much does your Epic weigh and how does it compare in weight to the 29er hardtail you rode? My Caffeine was right at 25 lbs. The Epic, with computer, cage, ding-bell, etc. is a bit over 28 lbs. Getting a wagon-wheel FS, XL size, in below 30 lbs, and using all stout, clyde-proof components, makes me very satisfied. Glad you like it. See ya on the trails! MD

Drew calls it a beater. If you have ever riden with him it makes no difference how many gears you have. He "beats" you on his single gear.
That blue and white YETI is to purdy to ride... Sweet!

Me thinks a race is in order. JabberWocky vs. Epic. I might pay a bit to see those two hot rides go head to head.

thanks. much appreciated. ill take and post a photo of just the bike soon. it's a great ride but pretty hard to ride at fats. imagine pedaling a 40ish pound bike around out there. I'm not really sure on the actual weight, but if someone with a bike scale would like to weigh it I'm kinda curious to know.

I'd pay at least $2

I'll match that pledge. That's a $4 pot. The stakes are getting higher!
Pushing 40 lbs around FATS would put some serious dogs on you after awhile.

This is the IRO Franken69er, it rides better than any bike I own! I can't wait to get it to FATS This is the Santa Cruz the only Geared MTB I got. I will post pics of the Botrager as soon as I get a good pic.

OH SNAP!
Do you have any idea what you've done? I have to change you in my phone's contacts list now. I know several Chris's, so you WERE listed as 'Niner Chris'. Now you're just listed as 'Tall Boy'
(sweet bike by the way)
