Who ever finds this tree, watch out for the poison ivy.
Is it too late to post the location of the Swiss cheese tree? Deep Step loop going ccw after you cross the paved road the first time about a quarter mile on right.

This was an easy one. I'll only except one of my winnings. I will keep the socks and give up the grips. If I switch grips, I think I'll go with the ergos.

Julie and I rode Modoc Saturday for the first time. The fallen tree above the trail in the picture is not what caught my eye, it's the white post.

John, I would be glad to go out and finish trimming the trail, but my schedule is not as flexible as yours. I work until 5:00 Mon-Fri. and this Saturday I work until 12:00. If we have enough time I could help after work this week, or Saturday after work or on Sunday.

Julie and I went back Sunday afternoon and cleared the large drift wood pile pictured above and another small one. Then we rode just past the ravine where the trail runs parallel to the creek again, I decided to turn around because that section is still over grown. I think John and Marco ran out of fuel for the Stihl stick trimmers before the reached the ravine. I don't know how far it is from the ravine to where John and Marco stopped.

Julie and I rode Keg Creek today. The trail was in pretty good condition. It had gotten a lot of rain, but the trail was not wet. There are 5-7 trees down and a couple of leaners across the trail. It will take a chain saw to cut them out.

I made a mistake on the firearms season. It runs from October 18 - January 1 in the northern zone and October 18 - January 15 in the southern zone
