"All night riding is required to be with a bike light (min. 10 watts), No flashlights allowed"

Looks to me like it's going to get pushed back to next weekend.
I'd rather do it next weekend w/good weather than this weekend w/crappy weather.

The Baker's Dozen 2008 is cancelled due to rain. The rain date is next Saturday April 12. The decision was made based on Sat 6am 60%, 7am 80%, 8am 90%, 9am 90%, 10am 90%, 11am 80%, 12am 80%, 1pm 80%, 2pm 80%, 3pm 80%, 4pm 70%, 5pm 50%.
