Who claimed to clean the canal trail?

I rode the trail this afternoon. Whoever is working on the canal is doing a great job. I enjoyed riding a few laps--- no limbs in the way, trees cut for a clean trail and trees fall there all the time.Thanks for putting in the time.
The trail is close to work and I will be riding more often. Thanks again.
