Can I ride upper skinny and brown wave on thur?

I have mixed feelings. Would have been great to have been to manage the trail ourselves. I think I can ride today and will be headed somewhere other than FATS.

I am sure FATS is fine today. But the USFS doesn't have the staff to open/close FATS the way we were. But too many ignored the signs and forced the closure and fines.

I guess I look at it as this. The trail was built by a partnership of the USFS, Long Cane Trails, and SORBA. It is being managed by those people, for those people. The partnership is the "givers" in this equation. The "I just ride" crowd are the "takers" in this equation. And the takers should be happy for the FATS they've had to ride since last March. And for the FATS they will ride after the "givers" fix what the "takers" did to the trails since Christmas.

Is this not the way it is?
