B-man, I gotta work my real job. It pays the bills!
But I could set you up with a tool, a route to walk a short loop and directions on what to do. It's pretty easy cleaning out the dips. I have scores of them pinflagged on the Skinny and Brown Wave.
I have a good map of the trails - where to get on and off. There is great access out there to get on the trail, work a short piece and end up really close to your car.
Let me know.

how will this trail closing affect this type of trail maintanence? 1. Ideally we will let the USFS know when we are working. 2. If that can't be done, I think you would NOT want to have a bike with you. But have a tool with you. ' 3. DON'T PARK IN THE PARKING LOT!!!!! 4. Park near where you are working, and leave a note on your dashboard saying you are working on the trail. Perhaps give a general idea of where you are working. The USFS people are great people. They don't want to close FATS as much as we don't want to close FATS. But it happened and we all know why. I am interested to see how quickly people will help out there. I had 2 people sign up for what ended up being rained out last Sunday.
