You know if you cannot ride something then get off your bike and walk over it or learn how to get over it! Yes, i will admit that i am one of the riders who takes all the small logs (that someone keeps putting on both sides of any tree that has fallen across the trail) and I throw them back into the woods where they belong. Some of these fallen trees have been notched and you fools continue to ramp them so you can leisurely ride over them. Go ride the canal if you think it is too tough to try to hop these logs. The bunnyhop is a great technical part of riding that can be learned when you have things to practice on. Here is a great link to help you better your skills: www.tuktok.com/loghop/

Hey Type1troy, if we remove the ramp up logs, then "Racer Younce" won't be able to get over them. Maybe we should leave them in place and count our blessings that someone is looking out for the "less talented" of the riders in the CSRA. Whaddayathink? I bet Singletrackstar would like that. It will also make it easier for the Uni Crew to get over them without having to get off of their circus bikes. Here's an idea. Let's start to make bikes with larger wheels. How about 27"? No, that's been done. How about 28"? No that's been done too. How about 29"? We can call them 29ers. That way you can roll over much larger obstacles without having to get off of you bike. Better yet, lets make 34"x8" wheeled bikes. It seems to be the latest trend amongst the SUV crew. That way we can leave all trees on the trail and not ever have to cut a log again. PS Isn't it about time for you to change your name again. It seems you change it every 6 months or so.
