The first Time Trial will be on the Skinny Loop.
Which way do you want it to go?
Clockwise. Or Counter Clock Wise.
I vote CCW, cause it seems to be more DH that direction. Most of the climbing is done on the harder packed sections that we opened first.
I rode the Skinny CW for the first time Friday. Will be a long time before I go that direction again.
Skinny CCW is much better than Skinny CW, IMHO.
What do you think?

Haven't ridden it both directions but for a TT I believe it would be better to climb more. Sorry to play devil's advocate Bill! ;D In a race situation I could see some major wrecks taking place with downhill whoops etc. Of course people need to know there limits. Whichever way will be fine, when will this take place? With such a short loop, why not do it one way then reverse it and do it the opposite direction as well? Maybe combine the times? Just some thoughts.

That's a good point about more climbing for a TT.
But it's a loop and the climbing is the same if measured in feet gained.
I just think the climbing is steeper CCW and therefore there is more "generally" downhill riding CCW. To me the CW direction has more gradual climbs, and steeper downhills.
To me the Skinny can be looked at as 3 two mile segments. The short side is one segment and the long side is two. I'd rather climb the more compacted soils and steeper stuff on the short side. And roll down the more gradual, less compacted stuff elsewhere. There are 2-3 really good DH runs going CCW.
