Trail is in good condition. If you ride the trail please let us know if there are trees down with approximate size if possible. Trees that are approximately 15" (give or take) in circumference (large male hands with middle fingers touching and thumbs touching around the tree) can be taken out pretty easily with a handsaw. Larger trees will need the attention of one of our chainsawyers. Approximate location of the trees that are down is also helpful. Respond here or email> SORBAcsra

Heads up they are replacing Key Bridge so the road is blocked off. You can access this trail from the various USFS roads but it is blocked before the access to the Price’s Bottom parking lot so you will not be able to park there. If you need any further information on access points email us at sorba.csra@gmail.com

We still need volunteers so if you would take a quick look at your calendar and see if you can help on Sunday morning, August 18th it would be greatly appreciated! Annual Turkey Creek/Wine Creek Mowathon - Sunday, August 18th. This work party will involve mobilizing a lot of our equipment (DR mowers, weedeaters primarily) so we will need operators and relief/safety/lopper sidekicks for each piece of equipment. If you already know you are available and can help, please email me at sorba.csra@gmail.com Never ride Wine Creek or Turkey Creek?? No problem come help anyway. We have a lot of trail to maintain and not nearly enough volunteers so if you missed the big FATS annual lop and mow, now is a great time to give back to your local trails!! It is important that we know you are planning to join us so we can plan to have enough equipment/tools to maximize the work we can do on these two trails and to prioritize the work in case we don't get enough help! Please help spread the word!!! We are getting there but with the work party only two weeks away we'd love to have the remainder of our volunteers identified. Send your "sign me up" to sorba.csra@gmail.com
