The trail is in great shape. There was a piece of a tree over hanging the trail, Michael Dunn and I removed it. The trail should be in perfect shape for the Canal Time Trials this coming Friday. I hope a bunch of people show up for the fun event.

Rode this trail for the first time....was extremely pleased. Conditions are great, trail is fast. I have been avoiding this trail for a while now after a worker at a LBS told me to stay away from it. Worker said that there are major issues with flats from thorns and parking is not safe near the trail. Well, I followed the advice from another post and parked near Enterprise Mill. No issues. [knock on wood]. I will definetely be heading back.
Question: Now that Kroc center is up and running, this could possibly be a better place to park, since it is alot closer to trail heads.
Any issues with parking here? I saw a family parking there today with a giant Truck and flatbed trailor that they loaded their bikes onto. I have never seen the lot full, and it appears to be safe.

Thanks for the help on the trail JP and MD. The trail was awesome Sunday. If the rain is kept to a minimum, there should be some really fast times Friday night at the time trials. jagayers, we parked at Kroc Sunday and no one gave us any indicator that it was a problem. See ya'll Wednesday night!
