Going to ride Wine and Turkey Sunday 8AM. Meeting at Wine Creek TH on Hwy 283.
Some from Greenwood are coming.
Pace will be intermediate, I suppose (but speed is relative, my intermediate may be someone's else's really slow or really fast). Route planned is just the two trails as an out/back, 24 miles of singletrack. Routes can be altered by simply turning around or riding further.....whatever you want to do.
I could see a couple of stops in each direction, but not a stop every mile or so.
You are welcome to come ride. Bring a friend who is your speed if you are concerned about dropping us or getting dropped.
The trails are bigtime fun and old school singletrack. They are freshly mowed and sawyered and should be in prime shape. All they need are wheels. These are two of our most scenic trails.
Let me know if you want to join us. We'll be on the bikes hopefully around 8:15.

We'll be riding it also, not sure of the time. We will start at PBF and do WC first, then TC. Maybe ya'll will be our web heroes, maybe I'll be yours. Then again, even if I ride behind someone else, I tend to still get'em right across the eyes and forehead... Looking forward to riding a nice open trailhead, unlike last Saturday's, as you mentioned in a previous thread (chest to the stem in so many places). MD

That was great. Hot, but great. 24 miles of single in about 3ish hours total time. Primitive, with good flow. The top of Wine is just a treat. At least 9 riders out there today that I saw. Our group of 5 and 2 other sets of 2.
