Calling All Sorba Mountain Bikers!!! There is going to be an action packed 24 hr. race on spectacular new trails in Pisgah Forest at Camp Carolina with an awesome venue on the weekend of September 18th. Good Friends of Ben and mine (Angela Eddy Poss) is putting it on, Ken & Vicky Camp. Ken raced the Baker's Dozen inaugural solo race and WON in 2003. He and Vicky plan to return in 2005. They were so busy working on the trails for this race that they couldn't make it to Baker's Dozen 2004. This inaugural event promises to be a great time with great prizes. They have put SO MANY man hours into making this an awesome event. Ken has designed and built these trails himself with help from fellow cyclists. They have worked very hard and with it's a success, will continue to promote this event annually. They have even resurrected the NUMBA race, for those who want to be a little less serious. If you don't know what that is check out this site for info on both events... www.biowheels.com/Home/Article.asp?PostID=879Don't think that you can't do a 24 hour race. Get a group together and come participate!! If you don't want to race, then come volunteer. It's going to be a great time! I promise! Ken and Vicky are great people and have participated in many endurance races. They know what it takes to make it a good time, for everyone! Check out the site and its venue, you'll definitely want to be there...... www.24hoursofpisgah.com/
