WAY OT: Patridge Inn Sunday Brunch

Looking around for a place to have dinner this weekend....a place I hadn't been to in a while.

Thought about the Partridge Inn on Walton Way for dinner. Then realized what I really want to do at the PI is go back for the Sunday Brunch.

Have you have the PI Sunday Brunch? Oh man, it is over the top good.

When I first moved to Augusta my company put me up at the Partridge Inn for a few weeks till I found a place of my own, as part of my relocation package. The relo package also included my meals until I found a place of my own, so my buddy and I (who I went to college with, we got hired there together) went to dinner there a few times. The steak was awesome. Normal dinner prices were in the $20-$25 range if I remember correctly.

Also took my wife there one year for Valentines, and it was very good. They had a special 5 course meal that night, about $50 a person I think, not including any alcohol. It was really really good as well. One of the few expensive dinners I've had were I felt the food/experience was actually worth the money.

For special occasions PI is great for dinner. Haven't had sunday brunch.
