Around hunting season, me and some folks I ride with always talk about doing an AJBW Safety Orange Jersey. We've finally decided to do it. It may not replace the orange vest, but it will be close! We're offering a Jersey and Bib Short using Fluorescent/Safety Orange to help with visibility in the woods and on the roads. It's available for Pre-Order only on the Andy Jordan's website. We've got Men's and Women's jerseys and shorts at the shop for sizing purposes. Pre-Order Deadline is December 1st. Click here for all the details... andyjordans.com/product/champion-systems-ajbw-limited-edition-jersey-pre-order-only-1676.htm Again, although the color on your monitor does not reflect it, this is going to be safety/fluorescent/super bright orange!

Not a lot of blaze orange bike products out there. Nice to see this from AJBW. Looks really good. I found my vest alternative earlier this year at Tractor Supply. Not a bike specific item, but it's a wicking fabric, and has a nice fit. No pockets in the rear, just the one in front for your pack of smokes and an ink pen...... ;D . You get what you pay for I reckon. Still, it's much more comfortable than fooling with those flimsy vests. www.walls.com/high-visibility/t-shirts/hi-vis-s-s-tee-shirt

I bought safety orange t-shirts from an online supplier. They are made of the dri-fit material and work pretty well. I got both long and short sleeve, and some of the bright yellow if I'm on the road at night. Not as pretty as the real deal, but I've had bad luck with the sizing of jerseys.

Not as pretty as the real deal, but I've had bad luck with the sizing of jerseys. You should stop by and try on the sizing samples we have by Champ Sys. I'll have them at the store until the end of the month as I'm placing everyone's order the first of Dec. They fit really well and are super comfortable.

Any chance of getting some without the AJBW logos or any other graphics. I'm just not into being a billboard, but think it's a great idea to have a jersey only and not have to add a vest on top to make me hot.

I have read in several forum threads about blaze orange vests being hot. Do not buy the plastic ones! WTH? This is not rocket science. Take a moment, look around, and buy ones that are so flimsy that they almost feel like air. You have no idea they are even on you. You get to be politically correct, you befriend hunters, and you do not get hot. Plus, you get to be loved in the CSRA That said, the AJBW jerseys sure are nice looking. The problem with any jersey is that the majority of us wear Camelbaks, and you can't put the jersey over the Camelbak, like you do a vest. MD

If you get the cheap mesh things, you don't even know you have them on. The only issue (if there is one) you don't have a lot of area exposed as orange like you would with a full jersey.

Both of you are talking abut vests? Why would a blaze orange jersey be hot? They make jerseys out of plastic? I was askng about a jersey. Does it have to be blaze or can it be bright orange?
