OK let me explain. I rode brown wave this morning going CCW and right before you get to the view of the river, at the log "cut through" there was a tree that fell over from above where that log is cut. It is leaning downhill almost exactly on line with the existing log. As I pulled up to it there were about 4 limbs draped across the opening to the cut through in the log. I walked through with my bike very carefully as this tree looks like it can crash down at any time onto the trail or somebody. Once I got through the leaves and branches I spent some time to bend back/break the limbs blocking the trail as best as possible as I don't have a handsaw. In my opinion that tree needs to be chainsawed down for safety. I am sure the next big wind or storm FATS gets it will be completely on the ground. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up if they ride out there. Just ride under it and don't stop (really dont think anyone will camp out under it but hey......).

This tree is completely down now. Trunk is about 12 inch diameter, and is resting about 12" over the trail, requiring a dismount. Still, Brown Wave was fun this evening.
