Lactate Threshold And Other Testing!

I got the ok from my dept. chair to do the testing. We have metabolic and lactate threshold testing equipment at the lab on campus. It would be tied into an Exercise Physiology lab that is currently running as part of the spring semester. Campus goes on spring break starting tomorrow and of course no one will be around to discuss the details. What I need is a count of people interested in doing the testing and which days are best for you. It would be nice to get it all done in one afternoon or evening but once again you usually can't make it perfect for everyone.

I'll be communicating with a couple professors about setting it up and the nuances of using the universities equipment, safety waivers, instrument sterilization...all that goofy stuff. And if you are put off by having your finger pricked a few times this probably isn't your bag! I'm going to do my best to make the chapter meeting next tuesday and meet some folks face to face!

I'm in. My schedule sucks right now because I'm traveling for work. But, I will be available Mar 14- 16th, and maybe the 17th, which probably wont work since everyone will just be getting back from spring break. I should be back in town the weekend of the 28th also. As long as I've got advance notice I could make it that Friday, the 28th.

I wont be at the meeting next week either, I'll still be here in Colorado.

I would like to participate but it would have to be on a Saturday or late on a Friday as I would have to drive up from FL leaving about noon on Friday; however, if FATS is open, I might just come for the test and then ride FATS before heading home. I am just about in good enough shape again that I could do an all-day at FATS.

thanks for the interest "y'all" i'll be working on this after spring break is over and everyone is back on campus. I'll keep you posted and updated on my progress with the program and potential dates for the testing.

Thank you for setting this up. I am in. Any evening. Most any Friday, Sat or Sun. Throw some specific dates out there and see which one works best for the most folks.
