Stevens Creek is completely out of its banks.
Good time to put a canoe in at Key Bridge and ride it to Hwy 23.
Bad time to ride any singletrack as everything is under water. I bet Modoc Trail is under water below the parking lot. Same with parts of Turkey Creek near the Turkey/Stevens confluence.
This may the biggest rain FATS has ever seen since it was built. It is the highest I've seen the water near Sportsman Corner in many years.
I'd say it's pavel or the couch this week.

Check this out: water.sas.usace.army.mil/home/indexDU.htmClick on the Modoc button on the left. 60 ft per second to over 10000 feet per second in just over 24 hours. Bizanga!!! I'll bet Wine is flooded as well.

I'll bet Wine is flooded as well. If Wine flooded back in December at a bit less than 7k, then I'd say you are right. Anyone up for a work party? May take more than one

Wow Vic - are those pics the same creek we rode along in January? That is amazing. But believe it or not I've seen worse after hurricanes in NE FL in 2004.

Same creek. We rode along it many mile north of those pics. The pics were around Sportsman Corner. Where it is much wider. I bet it was a raging white water up by Modoc Trail on 23. Or more likely, raging brown water.

We had planned a March work party at FATS. Do we need to work Wine, Turkey & Stevens instead to prepare them for the Century?

Thanks for thinking of the SMC. Yetichick and I will probably do a mini-SMC this weekend and will know more about the three trails you mention. Will then post more. Watch for the updates, and "Thanks" again. MD
