Many thanks to the folks who organized the Saturday Horn Creek ride and brought the refreshments. I'm looking forward to more of these group events as it affords me the opportunity to explore some trails I otherwise probably wouldn't ride.
Paul, thanks for the tip about my seat. I thought I had it adjusted for full extension but obviously not. When I got home I raised it a full two inches and I still might be able to go a little more. I will ride with that and see how it goes.

My first EtTR and I had a great time. Thanks to Paul and JT (with Lucas?) for all the trail info. and some riding tips.

I enjoyed exploring this "new" trail with the group. I am sure I'll be back in the near future. Only thing that went wrong for me was when I had a "dummy" moment and had to ride back the retrieve my cell phone. Felt good to be able to keep up with the lead group.

Great turnout. A tad over 20 riders there at the "new" trailhead. I'll say a big thanks to all who showed up and rode.
Got to put some real names with screen names (brianw and nitro just to name two). Everybody seemed to enjoy the muffins Yetichick brought. Angela's sweets were, as usual, a big hit.
brianw: You were riding well!
Nitro: Yep, that is indeed some serious bike pr0n you have there.
Glad everyone had a good time. Ya'll can hopefully begin to understand why many of us feel it is vital to keep these older trails opened and maintained on a consistent basis.
