Great workday on Dec 26th at FATS. 12 volunteers and 2 from the LCT crew.
Several individuals were noteworthy. John Barnett was down visiting family from Binghamton, NY - and came out with Russell Hale. Jason Parrott, son of Dale Parrott, lives in Winston-Salem, NC and he also came out to help. Great to have this out of town help - we need it!
We now have had 66 different people pitch in 743 hours. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
There are over 8 miles now on the ground.
Next workday is tenative for News Years Day.

Glad to hear that it was a successful day so near to Christmas. How about New Years? Do you have anything planned?

Come pick up the tools you need from the pole shed. There are sharp pulaksi's and mcleods in there.
Go to the rock bridge and finish trail until you get tired of it. Or you reach the sweco. The is about 1500-1600' that need to be finished starting at the rock bridge.
I think we'll hit it hard in January, but not on New Years Day. Monday is the last day of hunting season, so we won't work that day either.
