August 15, 2004 I've sold my road bike with the wheels that came with it. Now I'm left with a set of excellent, light weight, carbon fiber, Zipp 303 Clinchers. I bought them NIB from Shwab Cycles in August of 2002. Check the zipp.com website for the specs and weights. These are some of the lightest, yet stiff and durable, non tubular wheels made. Great for climbing Mt Mitchell or doing a fast time trial. If you're an older rider (like me) they will make you feel 10 years younger They look like new, are straight and true, and have been riden less than a 1000 miles (just enough to get the spokes seated well). I have a new set of 700 X23C, Vittorria Rubino Pros mounted on them. The rear wheel has the Shimano casette adapter, but can be converted to Campy. I will sell the wheels, tires, and Zipp titanium skewers all for $700. Thats about half the new price. Email Thwkns99@yahoo.com
