Trail is mostly in good condition!
There is work that is in the process of being scheduled for Bartram West (5 or 6 eroded areas)and a bridge slated to be replaced. Bartram East is good with a couple of spots on the list for additional work!

Best Dam Ride - Sunday, October 10th If you haven’t signed up for the 2021 Best Dam Ride now is the time, we are under two weeks away (see link at the bottom)! This is not just a road biking event it has a fun mountain biking component too. It’s also a great opportunity to come support our local biking community! Best part……the Bartram Trail is an in-out trail so you can literally ride as much or as little as you’d like. There will be two manned SAG stations with drinks and snacks. One at the Lake Springs Trailhead and another at the Petersburg Trailhead. An unmanned SAG station will also be at Wildwood for those who choose to do up to 36 miles. Come join us, bring the kiddies or your friend that just getting into mountain biking too! Here is all the info> SUNDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2021 at 8:00am (100 mile) and 8:30am (all other routes). Day-of registration opens at 7:00am. The Best Dam Ride is a fun, casual bicycle ride for cyclists of all ages and experience levels. Hundreds of riders gather at J. Strom Thurmond Dam at Clarks Hill Lake to enjoy a group bicycle ride that circles the lake, covering three counties and looping through both Georgia and South Carolina. For road cyclists, there are 29, 62, and 100 mile options making the ride fun for all intensity levels. For those who prefer mountain biking, there are also 5, 16, and 36 mile options on the historic Bartram Trail, sponsored by SORBA-CSRA.
