I'm in for race #2. The sitters are lined up since the wife didn't like the tree idea too much. There were some low times for race #1, going to be hard to beat. See you guys tonight!

Record attendance at last nights TT! We had a total of 25 racers! Lots of new faces and a lot of these new faces will show up in the podium pics (check the AJBW Flickr page). Seems that times were consistently faster for the Counter Clockwise direction. The trail was clear and super dry, almost too dry. Couple falls here and there, but no major injuries. Had one guy fall in the last turn right before the finish line, but like a true champion, he got up and ran across the line!
We also had more females than usual. A total of 4 showed up and crushed the course. If female attendance holds, we may end up with an official women's class.
Thanks again to everyone that helped out last night. Especially Dan and Angela Allen and Susan Messick for helping with registration, timing, and course marshalling (is that a word?). Thanks to anyone who cheered on a racer, picked up trash, helped carry junk, handed out trophies, poured a drink, or took down/put up tape! We greatly appreciate everyone's efforts. Lastly, thanks to the racers for racing. No racers, equals no race!
Remember, we'll have another TT next Thursday (07/01) then we'll skip a week and finish on (07/15). We will have to run the trail reverse to achieve 2 of each direction. See ya'll next week!
