Let me start with - I'm not vert tech savvy, but I volenteered to help layout new soccer fields for the Edgefield Youth Sooccer Association. My parents gave my son a Geocaching GPS a few weeks ago that links up and downloads from the Geocaching web site, that part I got. So, I walk the perimeter of the field, taking waypoints at key spots, thinking I could use them with a few setting changes in AutoCadd. Well that didn't work for me. Does anybody know an easy way or free progam to convert waypoints to relate to each other in a distance/heading? Or is there a better way to attack this using a Magellan Explorist GC - Geocaching GPS and AutoCadd? If I could get my hands on a plat or other similar type document a surveyor would create I'd be set, but I can't. So, I'm stuck with the GPS coordinates as my only hope.
