Go ride it. The trail is in awesome shape. Perfect combination of hard pack and moisture...HERO DIRT! You can really rail the corners right now.

Jimmyc...it's been a while. Gawd the visual of you in spandex makes me wanna poke out my mind's eye. It seems as though every time I have ridden the Canal Singletrack it has been in mint condtion. No downed trees or debris contend to with. Has someone trained the deer to do trail maintenance or are there elves that eek out their existence simply maintaining that trail for us?

jp3, mosovich, and Drew and Kim Jordan all do a lot of work out there. I'm sure there's others as well that I just don't know about. I think jp3 is our main chainsawer down there, keeping the trees cleared. It's been a while since one's fallen...seemed like for a while there was a new one down every week.

HAHA yeah flea it's been a while, i'm a "touring shorts" guy, hell i scare myself in a real cycling kit. like Dustin said those guys do a over the top job keeping the canal trail in shape. It's so much better than it use to be. i have my bike with me today and plan on getting out there after work.
