Come out and show your support for the CSRA's newest cycling offering!!!
The official Riverview Pump Track Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held Friday May 7 at 6pm in conjunction with the IMBA World MTB Summit. Andy Jordan's Bicycle Warehouse will have Specialized P-Bikes on hand for everyone to demo, we'll be grilling organic hot dogs courtesy of Applegate Farms, and we'll have some Southern style I-tunes to keep the party rolling.

Man, I had a great time at the pump track tonight! Big crowd, lots of riding, nice ribbon cutting ceremony, good food, just good times all around! The P-Bikes were pretty sweet. Like a forgiving BMX. I managed to pull one no-footed endo before the night was over...haven't done that in a few years. Lots of people out taking pics. These are the best ones I got. My camera doesn't have a sport mode, so I got a lot of blurry pics. A few came out good though. BUT - first, a video. Click here to see Ben Blitch enjoying the fruits of his labor. Testing the P-Bikes Tall folks beware! Rode with this guy from the Marriot, he's from somewhere in BC. Nice guy. Having fun!! Levi boostin' it Fix your divots! Levi with a can-can attempt over the volcano Another of Levi. In case anyone has ever wondered what it looks like to rail a corner...take note. Drew over the volcano This was before the crowd got big. It doubled from what is shown...but then I had put up the camera and was riding. The bike rack is awesome. Thanks N. Augusta!...could we get one more? Drew Jordan tire grab over the volcano with Levi in pursuit. Wish this one wasn't blurry. Drew lays a table top over the volcano. Look ahead! Fun for all ages One more berm pic.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Ribbon Cutting and showed their support. I'm still absolutely shocked with the turnout! There had to be over 100 people at Riverview on Friday! It was great to see such a diverse crowd having so much fun together...BMXers, MTBers, kids, adults, and everything in between. I also appreciate everyone who helped out with the work parties, ride-in, setup, cleanup, and just getting the word out. We made a really big impact at the Summit and have created a real in gem that everyone will enjoy for a long time! There's more in store!!!
