Not surprisingly the streams around these two trails breached their banks during all the rain at the end of December. Although many of the downed trees have been removed, there are still trees to be cut. In addition the boardwalk at about the 3 1/2 mark on Turkey Creek needs some maintenance and both trails have debris deposited onto the trail in places that needs to be removed. We are looking for about 16 volunteers to help get these trails cleaned up. If you are willing to lend a hand for about 4 hours please contact SORBAcsra to sign up. By signing up we can ensure we have enough safety people for our sawyers as well as enough tools and people to do the other work needed. Thank you!

We currently have 6 volunteers signed up for this work party and 2 maybes. If we don't get additional volunteers we will need to change the scope of this work party and not get the intended work done. Please check your schedules and see if you can come out and lend a hand for 3 or 4 hours. Bring a friend!! It would be greatly appreciated! Just let us know you are coming by emailing SORBAcsra

We are up to 11 confirmed volunteers for the Turkey/Wine Creek Work Party we just need a few more volunteers to be able to get these two trails cleared and ready to go.
Even if you are unable to help, please help us spread the word so we can get this work taken care of and move on to scheduling work parties for Bartram and then FATS! Sign up by emailing sorba.csra@gmail.com
