Rode Keg Creek today. It was wet but overall not in bad shape considering all the rain. No erosion but two bridges are out and require a little effort to get across the ditches. There are about 10 trees down but all are easy to get around or over. The lake level came up over the trail in some areas and deposited quite a bit of household trash right along the trail. Almost need to carry a trash bag to collect it all. It's a sad sight.

Didn't we see 2 bridges out and 1 need that needed to be reset in footers. My opinion on reset is to clean out footers and use come-along to set back into the place. The other two will take probably 4 or more stout backs and a come-along to reposition.

1 bridge might be able to be temporarily reset (until the creek bank erodes further). The other bridge will require a near total rebuild. The main girders are broken - it won't span the gap.

Rode to the bad bridge (about 5 miles); trail in surprisingly good shape. Also surprised to see 7 cars at the white WMA gate when I got back. Glad to see Keg still getting some use. Two non-riders: 20 yards past the 18 mile mark (very beginning) and 150 yards past the road creek crossing. Parts of the trail need lopping/mowing already.

The trail is a disaster where timbering occurred close to the trail, about mile 22-23. Best way to get around it is go through the creek, which is totally dry. Rest of trail has a dozen or so non-riders, but most step overs.
