Had a meeting making some final plans for the race yesterday. There’s going to be some very cool prizes!
All racers will get a BD dog tag. There will also be drawings every hour throughout the race for random prizes, and all racers are eligible to win. I don’t remember the full list, but I know there’s 10 sets of Maxxis tires (five 26” sets and five 29er sets), as well as a floor pump, and some other stuff.
Custom pint glasses will awarded to the top 3 racers/teams in each class. If you’re on a team, everyone gets a glass.
If you haven’t registered yet, please do so. It makes it much easier to plan when we have a good idea of how many people will be there. I know I’ve talked to a lot of folks who plan on racing but haven’t signed up yet. Day of registration will be available as long as the race doesn’t sell out, but there is a $10 price increase.
