The race will consist of one loop starting and ending at the Lick Fork Lake Recreational Area. The route will cover several local trails (Horn Creek, Turkey Creek, Modoc, and Wine Creek) connected via pavel (pavement + gravel).
There will be 3 stocked SAG stops, and racers will have drop bags (1G zip lock bags) to send items ahead.
Registration will be through Active.com or with old school snail mail. The event will be limited to 125 racers, so sign up early to make sure you've got a spot! Everyone who signs up early gets a free SMC hat!
While all roads used in the route have very little (I mean very, very little) traffic, for everyone's safety, riders will be required to have a rear blinky light. If you don't have one, we'll give you one!
Custom engraved pint glasses will be awarded 3-deep in each class.
Full details, directions, registration, etc can be found on the SORBA-CSRA's website here: www.sorbacsra.org
See ya on the 16th!
