I was just wondering how fast, assuming good weather and trail conditions, an experienced skilled rider could do the loop starting by the pump station? Thx.

Between 11-13 minutes is fast. This would be starting at the top of the steps and ending back at the top of the steps.

I was able to get a 11:50 with out the "razors edge" section and a 12:17 including the "razors edge" looking at the TT times the top 5 or 6 in every class are separated by less than a minute. One mistake and you are cooked. It seems this tt is not about being able to hammer but being smooth, buttery smooth and getting a good flow going. Never been down there in the dark. Sounds like fun.
If Dan and Josh show up we will all be fighting for 3rd.
