Anyone planning on doing some work on the 24th? I'll be getting back in town sometime that morning, and I'd like to get out and do some work.
I can clear drains, armor, whatever. Where needs work?

We're going to hit Turkey on Saturday (23rd) with a BOB and Stihl. Hearing from several people, the last couple of miles are an absolute mess with downed trees.
Looks like it could be a rainy Sunday.

Can't Saturday, can Sunday. I'll work. I enjoy it.
If nothing else, we can fix "the spot" on upper skinny where all the bricks are.

We're gonna start at the far end cul-de-cac of Turkey and go in from there, NOT from Price's Bottom.
Would be more than happy to see you there, and a body or two extra will make it go quicker, but I don't want anyone to think I am trying to pull bodies from a true "work party". YC and I had planned on just knocking this out quietly (like normal) and just trying to get the trail rideable again.
We all know that the majority of our volunteer work hours need to be concentrated on FATS until the summit gets here.
Just sayin'...

I have range duty on Saturday but I can help out Sunday. Is 2:00 still a good time to meet up?
If so, where?

MD Is this the cul-de-sac that we went at to move the material for the bridge at the end of Turkey? I am going to FATS @0800 to work with JimmyC, but after that I can come up to Turkey to help move the trees. Let me know if you think you will still be there around 1200, and I will come up. Thanks.

if it's not raining "cats & Dogs" by Saturday afternoon the "spot" on the upper skinny will be fix. just sayin'... Let me know if you fix this spot and some others near it. I wouldn't "pave" the "spot" 4-5 bricks wide. I'd give a 1.5 - 2 brick wide line that will be solid and use the other bricks in other areas that need them. If you guys do this spot, the Sunday crew can work Big Rock Loop. We will need some rock bags to move native stone for armoring. I gave my rock bag to Marco last weekend and will need to get some from the trailer.

Jimmy C has people coming to work the upper Skinny Sat. morning. There is a 70% chance of rain Sunday.
I am going to work on the Brown Wave Sat morning. I placed bricks just off the trail a few weeks ago and will go install them. Anyone wanting to help can meet me at 9:00 Sat morning at the trail head. Paul Farrow

ehscott and money: Yep, the cul-de-sac we used when we replaced the bridge. Email me or call me for directions if necessary. I really could use one person to help us get this done. I will need to start at 11am. I have to be back in my vehicle driving away at 3:45pm due to another engagement that I flat forgot about until this afternoon.
